And what of the corruption of some of the esteemed Judges which is daily more apparent, and is seemingly now defended by them on the basis that they are the law supreme and empowered for life?

Something is rotten in the non-state of Washington, and it’s stench is too strong to be ignored...

While not disagreeing with the premise of the article, I think trying to portray the Dobbs decision as supported by the majority of the public is not in line with the overwhelming polling evidence (not saying the poll you are showing is fake, but it appears to be an outlier). The recent 2022 elections also demonstrate this.

While I think McConnell did a HUGE disservice to the SC and our country by preventing Obama from appointing a justice and then pushing one in even as early voting was going on for the next President, to call the court illegitimate is as destructive as the many Republicans calling Biden illegitimate and the FBI, DOJ weaponized. A country of laws is in danger when it's lawmakers and enforcers are constantly attacked for partisan reasons.
